1. What Brink is
Brink is a personal-finance tool that helps you decide whether to make a purchase, based on the information you provide. It offers informational guidance only.
2. Not financial advice
Brink is not a licensed financial, investment, tax, or credit advisor. Its estimates, capacity figures, and recommendations are for your own consideration and are not professional advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be 18 or older to use Brink.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Brink only for your own personal, lawful purposes.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI features.
5. Beta software
Brink is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to keep your data safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during beta.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ensueno Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Brink, including purchasing decisions you make.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
